Dear Readers,


First, let me greet my one and only Father a Happy 55th B-day, if he is still alive, sadly to say he died more than a year ago. Bless his soul almighty God.


Let's get back to my updates!


I am so much happy yesterday, i closed my first ever contract inside alibaba. First transaction quite small but the fulfillment to have one just 1 week after i got my license makes me more confident that my success is not to be an employee, it is something that i have to do it myself. Earnings at my first ever contract was around 500usd only, however i was so much satisfied already. Currently am working with a huge order so don't have much time to update all my blogs. Assuring you that i will try to update it occasionally especially uploading new forms that i created.


Be patience my dear friends-readers will try all my best to accommodate my blogs as well.


Wish me luck for the next order, and hopefully it will be soon!

Workers Sick Leave Entitlement

The Workers who are not entitled to a paid sick leave: As written in article (83/1) from labor law, worker who are not entitled to a paid sick leave are as follows: Workers who are still under probation period. Workers who passed successfully the probation period but their period of service. After end of probation period does not exceed three months. Workers who are appointed with no probation period system. The Workers will be entitled for a paid sick leave if his disease resulted while performing his duties and responsibility. However, if the result proves that the disease comes from the worker misbehavior, the situation will be inter-changed.
