Dear Readers,


Today is Holiday here in UAE. I stayed in home all day and work with personal stuff. This week i earned around 650usd at online. I have some market review for specific topic of 1 country. It is tiring however it's worth the returns.


Until now my 2nd order for my own business is still on progress, hopefully i can close this contract as well as this is very important sales not to think that it is about 4 containers order from China to Algeria for specific product.


I am just waiting from the company to transfer the courier charges and i am ready to send the samples enable them to decide whether to get the product to me or not. Hopefully, they will confirm this coming week the charges expense i am waiting so my thoughts will move to a more positive views that the 2nd order is coming. Earnings will be good but i am looking into the satisfaction it will implied towards me once it is closed at the earliest.

Workers Sick Leave Entitlement

The Workers who are not entitled to a paid sick leave: As written in article (83/1) from labor law, worker who are not entitled to a paid sick leave are as follows: Workers who are still under probation period. Workers who passed successfully the probation period but their period of service. After end of probation period does not exceed three months. Workers who are appointed with no probation period system. The Workers will be entitled for a paid sick leave if his disease resulted while performing his duties and responsibility. However, if the result proves that the disease comes from the worker misbehavior, the situation will be inter-changed.
