May 18, 2012 - Day 5


Dear Readers,


Good Morning! Today is weekend Holiday in the country where i worked. I woke up a little bit late. Start my day with coffee and cigarette while checking office email.


I feel bored, since i have no project on progress at online, makes me sick, by the way i cook pasta last night, it is good. Today i will try to enjoy myself by cooking again!


Everyone, i will cook kebab with rice and eat without limitation.


Any suggestion what i have to cook aside from what i am thinking now, so that i will enjoy my 1 day off from office?


It is a little bit hard to be away from family, i miss them a lot. I want to make myself busy in everything at home just to not think so much about them instead i like to think about earning more, whether around the net or from my own business.


I need a lot of thinking to do to reach and execute plans...


I need to concentrate which way i have to go in order to really succeed this time.............


That's for now, will update you any other progress at night.

Workers Sick Leave Entitlement

The Workers who are not entitled to a paid sick leave: As written in article (83/1) from labor law, worker who are not entitled to a paid sick leave are as follows: Workers who are still under probation period. Workers who passed successfully the probation period but their period of service. After end of probation period does not exceed three months. Workers who are appointed with no probation period system. The Workers will be entitled for a paid sick leave if his disease resulted while performing his duties and responsibility. However, if the result proves that the disease comes from the worker misbehavior, the situation will be inter-changed.
