Subject: Request for Salary Increment

Dear Sir/madam,

Good Day!

Reference to our conversation 9 months ago, you had informed me that once I finished the 6 months, there will be a performance appraisal for my position. I have been with the company for 9months now, and till now I have not seen any changes on my salary. I understand your position and the company at present now however, I have to understand as well my situation. I do hope that you will consider to give me increment since I am paying already around 300USD just for the transportation alone and it’s coming from my own salary, though I know it is my fault to be separated from others, however even if I will pushed myself now, I will take-out one of the space of my colleague which I don’t like. I am used already to go alone to office and go back home, so I prefer this way.

I am hoping that you will take an action on my request at the earliest, because my salary is not enough to cover extra expense.

I do assure you that my commitment to fulfill responsibilities will excel more than I am giving from now.

Workers Sick Leave Entitlement

The Workers who are not entitled to a paid sick leave: As written in article (83/1) from labor law, worker who are not entitled to a paid sick leave are as follows: Workers who are still under probation period. Workers who passed successfully the probation period but their period of service. After end of probation period does not exceed three months.
