May 19, 2012 - Day 6


Dear Readers,


Good Evening! Today is a normal day, time passed the whole and did not noticed it. I finished a comparative presentation on one of my products. I received as well 2 inquiry from my account within Alibaba.


I am seeing that sooner i will have the chance to sell goods even without investment, though the % that i will earn is only 1%, it is okay because with this i am learning the tricks and some ways to establish my own business.


By the way, i will have my own distributor business in my country by next month, once i got all the license i will be confident to do transaction around the net. As, i will do all the transaction using my company, there will be no fear that supplier will cheat on me as i will be the buyer itself.


I know it is hard at the start but without the hardness it will be impossible to succeed.


Hopefully, i am on the right track, i truly believe that i will succeed through this way!


Oh let's get back on what had happened to me the whole day, i ate pasta at lunch, so much full....Gosh i am trying to lose weight hahaha!!!


And at night i ate small quantity of rice, again i make myself gained...Huh when i can control myself not to eat???

Workers Sick Leave Entitlement

The Workers who are not entitled to a paid sick leave: As written in article (83/1) from labor law, worker who are not entitled to a paid sick leave are as follows: Workers who are still under probation period. Workers who passed successfully the probation period but their period of service. After end of probation period does not exceed three months. Workers who are appointed with no probation period system. The Workers will be entitled for a paid sick leave if his disease resulted while performing his duties and responsibility. However, if the result proves that the disease comes from the worker misbehavior, the situation will be inter-changed.
